We are delighted to be joined by Liam Fitzgerald, Senior Associate at Anthony Collins who has been acting for the Staffordshire Care Association (SARCP).

Liam will help us to understand:

• what has happened so far in relation to the Judicial Review case – and what has not happened.
• what this means for care and support providers
• how different aspects of the judgment may influence our conversation with our commissioners

We are also hoping to hear some examples from care and support providers who have already used specifics of the judgement to support their negotiations with commissioners
